Cut a strip of paper about 6 inches long and ¼ inch wide. Make sure the paper is straight and not too thick.

Wrap the paper around the base of your ring finger, just below the knuckle. Make sure it's snug but not too tight.

Mark where the paper overlaps with a pen or pencil. Make sure the mark is clear and precise.

Lay the paper flat and measure the distance from the start to your mark using a ruler. This is your ring circumference in millimeters.
